At XPN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all XPN tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
